ABOUT US

Agriculture in Ireland is synonymous with quality, while grass based, milk and meat production may be the most visible outputs of our diverse industry, the end products of crop and horticultural sectors are world renowned brands. The focus on quality has always been supported by high-quality equipment and has created a world-class agricultural engineering industry. Ireland is the European home to some of the biggest and most innovative global players in technology so the potential to combine both these industries and become an Agtech hub can be achieved with clear direction and collaboration from all parties.

In order to fulfil the potential Ireland has in Agtech a strong and coherent voice is needed to represent all stakeholders.  With this in mind Agtech Ireland was formed – with an aim to promote, support and enhance Irelands Agtech community.
